현재 결제·유료 포인트 판매·구독 없이 무료로 제공합니다. 일부 도구는 무상 지급된 내부 포인트를 사용할 수 있으며 이용자의 구매·환불 거래는 발생하지 않습니다.
1. 동의와 적용 범위
본 약관은 대한민국에서 운영되는 MISCLAND와 이용자 사이의 무료 서비스 이용관계에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있으며, 법률상 필요한 광고 동의는 CMP에서 별도로 받습니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 중단해 주십시오.

2. 계정
- 일부 기능은 Google 계정 로그인이 필요합니다.
- 이용자는 자신의 계정을 안전하게 관리하고 타인에게 양도·공유하지 않아야 합니다.
- 허위 정보, 도용, 보안위협 또는 중대한 약관 위반이 확인되면 운영자는 계정이나 기능 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
3. 무료 서비스와 포인트
서비스 내 포인트가 표시되더라도 이는 무료 이용량·프로모션 또는 운영상 혜택을 나타내는 내부 단위일 뿐 판매하지 않습니다. 포인트는 현금·전자화폐·재산권이 아니며 현금화, 이전, 재판매 또는 환불할 수 없습니다. 운영자는 합리적인 범위에서 지급 기준, 수량 또는 운영 방식을 변경·종료할 수 있습니다.
4. 로컬 파일 처리
각 도구에서 달리 명시하지 않는 한 선택한 파일과 입력 내용은 이용자의 브라우저 메모리 또는 로컬 장치에서 처리되고 MISCLAND 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 결과의 확인·보관·백업과 제3자 권리 침해 여부에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
5. 광고
무료 운영을 위해 Google AdSense 광고 및 직접 계약한 배너광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 직접 배너는 원칙적으로 단순 이미지와 외부 링크이며, 광고주의 상품·서비스는 해당 광고주가 책임집니다. 광고 게재가 MISCLAND의 보증이나 추천을 의미하지 않습니다.
Google 광고의 쿠키·맞춤설정·데이터 처리와 이용자의 선택권은 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다.
6. 금지행위
불법·침해·사기 목적의 이용, 악성코드 유포, 무단 접근, 취약점 악용, 서비스 과부하, 기술적 제한 우회, 계정·포인트 조작, 타인의 개인정보·저작물 무단 처리는 금지됩니다.
7. 권리와 이용자 콘텐츠
MISCLAND의 상표, 화면, 문구와 소프트웨어에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 자신이 입력하거나 처리하는 파일·데이터에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 하며, 로컬 처리되는 콘텐츠의 소유권을 운영자에게 이전하지 않습니다.
8. 서비스 변경과 중단
운영자는 보안, 장애, 유지보수, 법령 또는 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 변경·제한·중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 사전에 알리지만 긴급한 경우 사후에 알릴 수 있습니다.
9. 보증과 책임 제한
서비스는 무료로 가능한 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며 항상 중단 없이 작동하거나 모든 결과가 완전·정확함을 보증하지 않습니다. 이용자는 중요한 파일을 별도로 백업해야 합니다. 운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없고 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 간접·특별·결과적 손해, 데이터 손실 및 제3자 서비스로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
10. 준거법, 변경과 문의
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다. 다만 적용되는 강행규정이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리는 제한되지 않습니다. 운영자는 서비스 변경에 따라 약관을 개정할 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 알립니다.

The Service currently has no payments, paid point sales, or subscriptions. Some tools may use free internal points, and users do not enter purchase or refund transactions with us.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern your use of the free MISCLAND service operated from the Republic of Korea. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy; advertising consent required by law is collected separately through a CMP. If you disagree with these Terms, stop using the Service.

2. Accounts
- Some features require Google login.
- You must secure your account and must not transfer or share it.
- We may restrict accounts or functions in cases of impersonation, security threats, fraud, or material breach.
3. Free service and points
Any points displayed in the Service are free internal units for usage allocation, promotions, or operational benefits; they are not sold. Points are not money, e-money, or property and cannot be redeemed, transferred, resold, or refunded. We may reasonably change or discontinue point rules and quantities.
4. Local file processing
Unless a tool clearly states otherwise, selected files and inputs are processed in your browser memory or local device and are not sent to MISCLAND servers. You are responsible for checking and backing up results and for having the rights needed to process content.
5. Advertising
To fund the free Service, we may show Google AdSense ads and directly arranged banner ads. Direct banners are normally simple images and external links. Advertisers are responsible for their products and services, and an ad does not constitute our warranty or endorsement.

6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; distribute malware; access systems without authorization; exploit vulnerabilities; overload the Service; bypass restrictions; manipulate accounts or points; or process another person's data or copyrighted material without authority.
7. Rights and user content
MISCLAND trademarks, interfaces, text, and software belong to the Operator or their lawful owners. You retain ownership of locally processed content and must hold all permissions needed to process it.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, restrict, or suspend functions for security, outages, maintenance, law, or improvement. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable; urgent action may be notified afterward.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The free Service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. Keep independent backups. To the extent permitted by law and absent our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, data-loss, or third-party-service damages.
10. Law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting rights granted by applicable mandatory law. We may update these Terms as the Service changes and will announce material changes before they take effect.
