Choose an error-correction level
L, M, Q, and H are designed for roughly 7%, 15%, 25%, and 30% damage recovery. Higher correction can help when a code may be partially obscured or damaged, but the QR becomes denser and available data capacity falls.
Create free static QR codes for URLs, Wi-Fi, email, phone numbers, and text. Customize colors, size, and error correction, then download as PNG.
A QR code can contain the correct data and still scan poorly because of size, contrast, or error-correction settings. This tool creates static QR codes locally in the browser.

For screen sharing, start around 256–512px and test the real use case. For print, scan the code at its actual printed size. Keep strong contrast between foreground and background and leave clear space around the QR when placing it in a design.
The URL, phone number, email, Wi-Fi payload, or text is stored directly in the QR. Once a static code is printed, its content cannot be changed remotely, so recheck long-lived URLs and Wi-Fi details before distribution.
